Delivery & Exchanges or Returns
Customer service is at the forefront of our business, and we care about your satisfaction.
We Offer Free 1st Class Shipping on UK orders over £45. Shipping and handling are calculated based on delivery location, weight and value of your order.
• We currently only ship with Royal Mail and DHL. We allocate the delivery partner based on your selected delivery method.
• Orders placed outside the UK are subject to higher shipping and handling charges.
• All tracked orders are paid for by the customer.
• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, during working hours.
Please note: Some delivery options may not be available due to the contents, value or weight of the items in your basket.
If you would like to return an item for a refund, it must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase.
Please contact us by email: email@example.com or call us: +44 (0)20 4542 7031 within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us that you would like to make a return - you will then have 14 days to return any purchased item. All returned items must be in the same condition they were received and must include original packaging (if applicable), together with the original sales receipt.
Please note that engraved or personalised pieces cannot be refunded unless proven defective or faulty. Earring posts cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygienic reasons, unless proven defective or faulty.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of tender, and will be processed within 14 working days of return.
Please note that any exchanges must be of equal or lesser value to the original purchase.
Once you have contacted us, our Customer Service Team will provide you with instructions for completing your return. Depending on the type of order placed, the customer may be liable for postage paid for returns or exchanges.

*We highly recommend that you send your order back to us via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service for security purposes, or if returning from overseas by an insured traceable method. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
