An atypical stone in the large jasper family, leopard jasper is a mineral with warm tones and circular spots, creating a unique aesthetic. As rare as it is little known, this semi-precious stone is generally found in Brazil and Madagascar, where significant deposits are found. Known for its unique properties, this spotted brown stone is now primarily used by jewellers, who create pendants and beads sold at reasonable prices. In addition to jewellery, leopardite is also used to create small art objects.
Sold as single stones.
Available in 6x8mm, 10x12mm, 13x18mm and 18x25mm sizes
